Wellcome to our public,
We would like to thank you for joining us here at publicsize.com, we hope you
enjoy your stay, make a few friends, and maybe even learn something new!
We are always open for suggestions, so if you have one, please drop us a line or two
(Just click here).
Every day we have expanded by adding friends lists, posting and viewing news, lyrics,
and more is still on the way. If we can find a way to do it, we will try and do it.
If you would like to see something cool, as said before, drop us a line or two.
If we like your idea, maybe it will become a reality, and you will see it implemented
into the site for you and everyone else to use.

Registration
Q: Do I have to pay?
A: No.
Registration, is fast and easy. Fill out the seven boxes, and submit. If the email is already in use, you will not be able to register that email, if your passwords don't match you will need to make them match, and if the text does not match the image at the bottom of the form, you will need to make it match.
Once your user name has been accepted, you will recieve an email with a link, click the link and then you will be ready to roll. Login to your account for the first time, and find some friends, edit your profile, upload some images, post some news, or what ever you would like.
Q: My account email is taken, but I never registered, what should I do?
A: The best idea, would be to first change your email with your email host (gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc.)
next you should have us send you an email to change your password. To do this go to the home page
(you must be logged out), fill in your email address, and press "Get Password". An email will be sent
to the email address (if this email is registered with us), the email will contain a link to a page to
change the password. Once the password has been successfully changed, the change will be confirmed, and you
get to skip the step of registering.
Q: I forgot my password, what should I do?
A: Enter your email into the email box on the homepage, then click "Get Password". An email will be sent
to the email address (if this email is registered with us), the email will contain a link to a page to
change the password. Once the password has been successfully changed, the change will be confirmed, and you
can now log in with the new password.

Making Friends
Everyone has a friend, the question is are they a member of the public? If they are, and your konw their first and/or last name, or even their email address, you can search for them. To do so, click on the "Friends" link, or click here type the search in the search box at the top of the page, and press enter. A list of friends will be displayed, if you find yours, click on his/her name/picture, and then press "Become Friends" next to their image on the next page. They will be notified of your request, and will have the opportunity to either accept you or deny you. It is really their choice.
Two friends, have the ability to comment on each other's pictures, and in his/her profile. To comment on someones
picture, there are two ways to do so, the first way is very simple, click on Quick Comment below the thumbnail of
the image, enter your comment, and press "Comment". The second way is just as easy, it only takes one extra step.
Click on the thumbnail to enlarge the image, view the larger image, then press "Post Comment", a text box will show
up you then can enter your comment. Press "Post Comment", and your done. To comment in someone's profile, is just as
easy, while viewing his/her profile, scoll down to the comments, and press the link "Post a comment" a textbox will
show up, enter in your comment, then press "Comment Profile", and your done.

Images
Illegal image uploads, are not allowed, these would be things such as "child porn" (People under 18 years of age),
beastiality (Sex with animals). All though, nude pictures are allowed, but beware
that there are youger users browsing the site, and it would be great if you marked
your page as an adult page, to warn users or to block youger users from seeing these images.
Games
Our games go by the same rules as the images, please see above.
News
News is a way for you, or anyone to tell the world how the news happened in your eyes, or in someone elses eyes. This is not a myspace bulletin board, and any message acting as a spam message, or a non news related artical will be instantly deleted when we catch it without question.
To post, or read news is easy. To read news, click on the "News" link from the home page, and you will be taken to the News main page, containing a search box, and if your loged in you will see the box to post a new article. Click in the text box to search for an article, type in key words, and the most relevant articles will be shown. You can change how your results are ordered, either by: Relevance, Newest, or Oldest, just click on the radio button above the text field and press "Search". To post a new article, return to the News main page, and if your logged in you will see the new article box, click inside the box, and start typing, use the buttons to format your article, by using Bold, Underline, Italic, right, left, and justify. There are other options as well you can feel free to use. To review your article press "Preview" and you will be shown a preview of the article, if you want to add/change anything, feel free to do so now. If you do change anything, you MUST click preview, then you can press "Save" once it is done. Pressing "Save" will ONLY save the preview, and NOT save your changes.
After the news article has been saved, you will be taken the the full working article that you and everyone else
can read. This article will also be placed on the main home page of the latest posted articles, and will move down
as new articles are posted.

Bans
Yes... It is possible to become banned from our site, and there are a few ways of doing so. First off, don't do any of these things, and you will be safe and will not recieve a ban.

Ban Types
There are three steps to a ban, each one consired an offence.
A first time offence will cause in an issue of a warning,
a second time offence will cause in an issue of a 3 day login ban, and a public know warning
and third and final offence will cause an issue of a permanent email and login ban.
Spam
Spam would be consired posting things over and over again. This uses up resources for others,
and bogs down the system making it run slower.
Advertisement
Advertising your website, or business, is not allowed, unless it is placed in a proper advertisement
area some of which are paid for, and others which are free. So posting news about your website, is
concidered an advertisement offence.
Harassment
Making fun of someone else (public wide) is rude, and is not allowed. Things such as calling someone
dumb, or stupid would fall in the category. Other things such as racial slurs, will deffinetly NOT be
tollerated, and will skip step one of the ban types, and go directly to a 3 day ban.
Threats
Threats are also another thing that is not tollerated, and will cause in an instat 3 day ban as well.
Then there will be deletion, after that. Threats such as but not limited to saying your going to
kill someone,
